SMS Terms & Consent
LexisLens · Last updated July 22, 2026
Overview
This page describes how LexisLens (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects consent to send text messages (SMS) and what those messages include. It is provided as public documentation of our SMS opt-in process.
How opt-in consent is collected
You opt in to receive SMS from LexisLens when you provide your mobile phone number during booking or account flows on our website (for example at /book) and continue after seeing our SMS disclosure. Providing your number and completing phone verification (one-time passcode) constitutes affirmative consent to receive the transactional messages described below related to your inquiry, booking, payment, and gallery delivery.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing photography services. You may contact us through other means if you prefer not to receive texts; some account or booking features that rely on phone verification may still require a mobile number.
Types of messages
After opting in, you may receive transactional SMS such as:
- Phone verification / one-time passcodes
- Booking and inquiry status updates (including accept or decline)
- Payment links and payment-related notices
- Cancellation or schedule-change notices
- Gallery or media-ready notifications and download links
We do not use this SMS program for unrelated marketing promotions. Message content is limited to operating your photography booking and delivering related service updates.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with LexisLens. Typical volume is a small number of messages per booking (for example verification, status updates, payment, and gallery delivery). You will not receive a fixed daily or weekly promotional drip.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details about SMS charges.
Opt out & help
- Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS from this program. You may receive a final confirmation message.
- Reply HELP for help or more information.
- You can also contact us using the options listed on LexisLens.
After opting out, we may still contact you by email or other non-SMS channels about an existing booking when needed to fulfill the service.
Privacy
We use your phone number to send the messages described above and to operate authentication and booking workflows. We do not sell your phone number. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect personal information, and our Terms of Service for general use of the site.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network and your device settings.
