Agreement
By using LexisLens, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Services
LexisLens provides photography session booking, scheduling, payment, and media delivery tools. Session details (style, duration, location, and deliverables) are described at booking or confirmed by the studio in writing (including SMS or in-app messages).
Bookings and scheduling
A booking is confirmed when a time is scheduled and accepted according to the flow shown in the app (direct booking or inquiry acceptance). The studio may reschedule a session when necessary; you will be notified when your contact information is on file. You are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate contact details.
Payments
Prices are shown at booking or set by the studio before checkout. Payments may be collected online (card), in person (card terminal), cash, or other methods offered at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Failed or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the hold on your time slot.
Cancellations and no refunds
You or the studio may cancel a booking that is not yet completed through the account dashboard or admin tools. All payments are non-refundable. Canceling a booking does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or chargeback for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law. If you need to change your date, contact the studio; rescheduling is at the studio’s discretion and subject to availability.
Media and licenses
Session photos and videos remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. When media is delivered to you, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license for personal use (including social sharing with credit when requested). Commercial use, resale, or editing that misrepresents the work requires prior written permission.
Conduct and liability
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexisLens and the photographer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or sessions. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
